Birthday Project
About
Jodelle is turning 14 on October 9th, and we wanted to do something special for her, so we would love some donations, messages, small graphics, drawings, poems etc. We would love all the submissions we can get, once we have gathered them all together we plan to make them into a supprise for Jodelle (we won't say what exactly until Jodelle has recieved it in case she happens to stumble upon this page :P ).
The cut off line for this project is October 1st, so that Jodelle will recieve it in time hopefully, so go ahead and wish her Happy Birthday, but remember to please keep it clean.
About the Form
You don't have to fill in every part of the form, a graphic/drawing is not essential, but we would at least like your name! If you have an image to submit you need to upload it to an imagehosting site first and just send us the link (there is a link to imageshack at the top of the page).
